Rule 34
<br> to maintain the minimum price
If any goods are to be auctioned, the customs officer shall fix the minimum price of the goods for that purpose.
(2) While maintaining the minimum price in accordance with sub-rule (1), vehicles, heavy machinery and equipment and goods left as belonging to the Government of Nepal in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Act or purchased in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section (15) of section 13 In the case of goods, the minimum price established by the committee according to Rule 54 and in the case of other goods, the minimum price shall be maintained at the time of filing the goods at the customs office.
